SC Nigam & Co was established on 1 July 1985 in Kalgoorlie, Western Australia by its founder and partner, Sharad Nigam. In December 1988 Sharad relocated the firm to Perth, Western Australia.

The firm comprises three partners, two associates, one solicitor and support staff members.

On 21 June 2005 the firm became a Quality Approved Practice and has maintained that standard since that date.

Our legal team offers a broad range of legal services to both individual and corporate clients practising in the areas of personal injury, criminal matters, criminal confiscation matters, ASIC matters, criminal injuries compensation, commercial and civil litigation, mining law, workers' compensation, probate, wills and estates, enduring powers of attorney, conveyance settlements, debt recovery, inheritance claims, disputes relating to estates and administering non contentious estates.

The firm maintains a close working relationship with Queen's Counsel / Senior Counsel specializing in various areas of law and practising at the Bars in Western Australia and the other States, particularly in Victoria. We also have a panel of experts which includes forensic experts, safety consultants, chartered engineers, chemists, medical experts and motor vehicle crash experts to provide us with their expert opinions whenever required. We have extensive legal networks in major cities in India, Singapore and Dubai.
